Damilola G. Alonge, professionally known as Mansa Jabulani, is a Nigerian music producer, sound engineer, songwriter, and entrepreneur with over a decade of active experience in the music industry. His journey began in 2010, when he first started making beats from the streets of Omoleye in Ogijo, Ogun State, laying the foundation for what would become a long-term career in music creation and industry development. By 2013, he became professionally known as Mansa Jabulani, formerly operating under the name Baze Beat / D'Baze. During this early era, he worked from a studio environment that played a foundational role in shaping modern Nigerian street music, contributing to the early development phases of several artists who later achieved national and international recognition, including Zlatan, the late Mohbad, Seyi Vibez, and many others within the evolving Afro-street sound ecosystem. At the core of his journey was the establishment of Baze Beat studios, a creative hub that became the backbone of his production career and a nurturing ground for talent development, sonic experimentation, and music innovation. This studio later transitioned into what is now known as Jabulani Empire Music Studios under his leadership, representing both evolution and continuity in his creative infrastructure. Since its inception, he has produced and engineered over 300 recorded works, contributing significantly to the independent and street music movement in Nigeria. Beyond production, Mansa Jabulani expanded into media and brand development through the founding of JFortMedia (Jabulani Fortress Media), a media and publication platform focused on artist visibility, brand positioning, and narrative amplification within the entertainment industry. His entrepreneurial footprint also extends into fashion with Bentanna Garms Global Ltd, a streetwear and lifestyle brand designed to merge music culture with apparel, including streetwear, kids’ wear, and artist merchandise. In 2025, he formally established Music Distro Entertainment Global Ltd (MDEG Ltd.), a music distribution and publishing infrastructure company focused on digital distribution, royalty transparency, playlisting strategy, and long-term artist sustainability. This marked a major transition in his career from purely creative production into full-scale music ecosystem development. That same year, he expanded further into technology, pursuing frontend development and actively building digital platforms. His early technical work includes DGA Heirs Ltd, a personal development project that serves as one of his foundational self-built digital systems, reflecting his growing interest in software, infrastructure, and product design. Today, Mansa Jabulani operates at the intersection of music, media, fashion, and technology—building interconnected systems designed to support artists, creators, and independent ecosystems. His work is defined by a long-term vision of ownership, infrastructure, and scalable creative economy development across Africa and global markets. He continues to build evolving platforms under the DGA Heirs Ltd ecosystem, with ongoing expansion across music, media, fashion, and technology.
